By making a reservation on Collection Idyllic, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Reservation and Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The balance is due 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

More than 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

Less than 8 days before arrival: No refunds are possible
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €5000 is required upon arrival. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damages are found.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or modification must be communicated in writing. Cancellation conditions vary depending on dates and periods, please refer to your contract.
Use of the Property
The tenant agrees to respect the property and its surroundings. Any damage or violation of the rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and may lead to legal action.
Insurance
The tenant is required to obtain personal liability insurance for the duration of their stay.
